I am pretty sure, if not everybody loves chicken but many does.
I will have the Chicken Adobo for today, Filipino Style.

I have tried beef and pork adobo before but chicken is the best for me.

Things you need:

1kl. Chicken/Pork/Beef cubes
1/4 kl. Onion quartered
1/4 kl. Garlic minced
2 Cups Vinegar
1 piece dried basil
3/4 Light soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Veg. oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 cups water
Here is the Instructions:

Heat vinegar add cold water to Meat or poultry till it boils then simmer till tender
Heat another pan in medium heat add oil, onions, garlic till translucent then add tender meat/poultry with liquid left from boiling. mix together with soy sauce and basil then simmer 10min low heat then taste it first before adding Salt and Pepper. adjust to your liking.  Serve  with White Rice.

Or  You can have it dry or with a little sauce.

Or if you want the Chicken Adobo Flakes.  Crispy Chicken Adobo Flakes is one of the many Filipino recipes that you can make for breakfast.  All you need is the left over chicken you have from last night’s Chicken Adobo.
