Chop Suey for Lunch

Chopsuey is  a Chinese dish,  sauted vegetables consisting of meat (often chicken, fish, beef, shrimp)

There is one particular dish that i really like. Whenever we go to the restaurant and look at the Menu, i have an eye for this specific dish, Chopsuey!

Oh yes I do like meat, Chicken and Pork in particular, esp. BBQ but to me no one can beat Chopsuey on my list, with shrimp, chicken liver or pork. You can also cook it on any given occasions.

Chopsuey is a sauted vegetables and you can add pork, shrimps  or chicken in it. Vegetable can be well cooked or half cooked, it would still taste good and purrrrrfect to eat it with Rice.

Here is the tip on how to cook it, try and you might like it.
Estimated preparation & cooking time: 45 to 50 minutes.
